Emily has led the Cambrats since Anne Brown handed over the baton to her in early 2019 and led the Promise of Christmas Youth Choir for the first time in December 2019.

The Cambrensis family has been a part of her life since she joined the Cambrats at the age of 8. She went on to be a Cambrats helper (‘running around doing whatever Anne Brown told her to do!’) and later joined Cambrensis, where she had the opportunity to sing great music and praise God.

Music, acting and all things ‘jazz hands’ are Emily’s passion and she finds it a great honour that God has enabled her to combine this passion with working with the wonderful, enthusiastic young people in Cambrats and the POC Youth Choir.

Emily is Head of Drama at a Newport High School and is an active member of Ararat Baptist Church in Whitchurch, Cardiff.
